Northernmost congregation pitches in.

Last fall, members of St. Andrew’s, Tioga—the northernmost congregation in the Diocese completed a series of extensive repairs on their small church building and rectory. The renovations, including replacement of the ceiling, a collapsed floor joist, electrical work, and “elimination of the bat problem,” cost nearly $90,000. At the conclusion of the project, the congregation held a service of Evening Prayer and Thanksgiving, with an organ recital on their antique Hook & Hastings Tracker organ, built specifically for St. Andrew's in Boston in 1881.
