Newport Parish Supports Local Food Pantry for Lent

The Church of the Nativity and St. Stephen has collected non-perishable items during Lent for a local food bank.

Non-perishable food items, collected all through Lent, go this week to feed our neighbors through the Perry County Food Bank, reports The Rev. Daphne Messersmith, rector. Here, Shirley, Todd, Ethan, Sophia and Julie pose before the food is packed to go.
