Diocese Recognizes the Rev. Tim Small

During his recent visit to Hope Church, Mt. Hope, Bishop Baxter recognized the long-time service of the Rev. Tim Small by presenting him with the Bishop's Lifetime Service Award.  Since his ordination by Bishop McNutt in 1982, Fr. Small has served seven different congregations in the Diocese.
