This year two representatives of Diaconal Ministry from the Lower Susquehanna Synod of the ELCA and Diaconal Ministers from the Upper Susquehanna Synod joined the workshop.
We were honored to have with us this year Dr. Deirdre Good, Professor of New Testament from General Theological Seminary in New York. The day consisted of an open session with questions and topics on the study of scripture and a study of the Advent texts. The day concluded with a question and answer period with Dr. Good & Bishop Baxter on the critical reading of scripture and bible translations.
